We are a not for profit social enterprise which aims to increase the number of women and gender minority groups involved in the field of data science and artificial intelligence. We do it to help address the gender bias in tech industries and to enable minority gender individuals (including but not limited to cis/trans women, trans men, non-binary, genderqueer, agender) to fulfil their potential regardless of their background.

We support our community members at every stage of their career to gain familiarity with the essential concepts and use of data science and artificial intelligence. We collaborate with our partners to run courses and networking events, providing opportunities for leaders in the field (mostly women) to share their knowledge and experiences via informative presentations, discussions and mentoring.

Our education programmes are aimed at women and gender minority groups from any social background with the desire to enter the rapidly expanding world of data.

What we do:

• We run free DS/AI courses for women and gender minority groups
• We host tutorials, workshops and discussions
• We partner with companies who support our events and engage their DS staff through our volunteer instructor programme
